Already a customer?

If you are having difficulties and you are already a VFM customer please refer to our dedicated FAQ guides in the first instance. Can’t find the answer?

If you have been through our FAQs and can’t find the help you’re looking for please call our Support Team on 020 7112 8615. You can call us any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that every call is important to us and we try to answer as quickly as possible but sometimes we do experience high call volumes which may slow down our response time.
